Basis for charging the professional fees

We recognise the need for competitive fees and emphasise the fact that your company is and remains a valued client to us. We also believe in being very open in the way we deal with clients – our approach to fees is no different. Our charges are based on the time we spend attending to your company matters including meetings with you. Our fees are directly related to the level of expertise of staff, the degree of responsibility, the skill used on the assignment and the time it takes to complete the assignment. Because of the uncertainty of most accountancy assignments, especially advisory work, it is not possible to estimate the costs of our engagement in advance and therefore, our fees are normally based on the estimated time spent at an agreed charge out rate.
